Full coaching skills training for leaders. Your leaders can benefit from business-friendly coaching skills training either by joining one of our ICF accredited open programmes or through a tailored in-house programme which can be incorporated within your overall leadership development programme.
Short coaching skills workshops. These can focus on specific objectives such as motivational communications, mastering effective feedback, handling development conversations after appraisals, etc.
In-house coach certification programme. Our specialist Workplace Coach Certification programme is an optional element of our ICF accredited programme and gives in-house coaches all the training they need, including an assessment and mentoring.
