Sappi chose to work with Results primarily because the process focused on changing mindsets to the coachee’s finding a solution and setting stretch objectives within their own mental maps, thus getting self directed performance and high performance results. What has impressed us is the support and dedication to high standards of delivery of both the Results training and the performance of coaches trained. The focus on driving commitment on both personal and work goals is helping to drive a culture of work life balance without sacrificing one or the other, thus dealing with the whole human being.

Silica Financial Administration Solutions
I recently attended the Workplace Coach training, and am in the process of completing the telecourses. Already I can see the benefit from the Results coaching framework. Not only does it give you a structured process to follow, but (more importantly) it gives you tools to use in almost every interaction with people – both professionally and privately. I have already noticed a difference in the way I approach things, especially in my interactions with my teams, my peers and my leaders. It has even given me a different approach to use when dealing with our clients. This course has had a profound effect on me, and has fundamentally changed the way that I lead. I am now working on integrating this thinking and these approaches throughout our organization – where I hope it will benefit the company as a whole, and most importantly, everyone that works here.
